West Cheshire AC Celebration Evening October 2024

All members of West Cheshire AC and their families are invited to a night of celebration of our club at the Cheshire View, Plough Lane, Christleton on Friday October 18th 2024.

The evening's programme will include:

• A raffle, with superb prizes (card payments accepted)
• A motivational talk from our special guest, Olympic medalist, Lewis Davey
• Achievement awards in all categories from under 11 to senior and veteran athletes presented by Lewis Davey
• A hot baked potato buffet with a selection of fillings including vegetarian

Please note:

• We welcome any prizes that you may wish to donate for the raffle. If so, please could you reply here, or just drop them off at the EPSV Track Container Office on a training night.
• Please advise us by Sunday 13 October 2024 of any special dietary requirements, here.
  
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents must arrange the adult.
• Please aim to arrive not long after 6:30pm, for a 7pm start - there is lots to get through!
  

West Cheshire AC reserves the right to exercise discretion on return of any ticket fees if the event is cancelled by West Cheshire AC. No refunds will be given for any other circumstance where the guest does not attend the event.
