West Cheshire AC Celebration Evening 2023

All members of West Cheshire AC and their families are invited to a night of celebration of our club at the Crowne Plaza Chester Hotel (Trinity Street, Chester, CH1 2BD) on Saturday February 11th 2023.

The evening's activities will include:

• Games and a quiz with spot prizes
• A raffle, with superb prizes
• A hot buffet, including a vegetarian option
  
• Achievement awards in all categories from under 11 to senior and veteran athletes

Please note:

• We welcome any prizes that you may wish to donate. If so, please could you reply here, or just drop them off at the EPSV Track Container Office on a training night.
• Please bring cash for the games and raffle, as we are unable to accept card payments.
• Please advise us by Wednesday February 8th of any special dietary requirements, here.
  
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Parents must arrange the adult.
• Please aim to arrive not long after 6:30pm, for a 7pm start - there is lots to get through!
  

West Cheshire AC reserves the right to exercise discretion on return of any ticket fees if the event is cancelled by West Cheshire AC. No refunds will be given for any other circumstance where the guest does not attend the event.
