All West Cheshire AC members and family are invited to join us for a fun filled evening in the King Suite at Crowne Plaza Chester (Trinity Street, Chester, CH1 2BD) for a night of celebration.
The evening's activities will include a family quiz, superb raffle prizes and disco.
Awards: - Achievement awards will be presented by a guest speaker to all member categories from Under 11 through to Senior and Veteran athletes.
Buffet Details: - Hot buffet of curry/chilli and rice. Vegetarian options will be available, but please advise us by the closing date of Wednesday 30th January if you have any other special dietary requirements.
Parental Control: Children of 16 and under MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. It is the responsibility of the parents of unaccompanied children under 16 to arrange the responsible adult.
West Cheshire AC reserve the right to exercise discretion on return of any ticket fees if the event is cancelled by West Cheshire AC. No refunds will be given for any other circumstance where the guest does not attend the event.
