Membership Details

Membership runs from 1st April each year and can be renewed from 1st March.

Pro rate fees are available on 1st July, 1st October and 1st January.

Ages are based on your Age on 31st Aug 2026

To join West Cheshire AC you must be over 8 years and 6 months.  We regret that we are unable to accept members under this age.

Individual Membership - Age 10 & over
Available £55.00 Join

Includes membership of England Athletics. 

U10 Membership - 8 1/2 upwards - Age 8 - 10
Available £35.00 Join

Children must be 8 and a half to join West Cheshire Athletic Club.  

Only for members who will be 10 or under on 31st August 2025.  If your child will be 11 on 31st August 2025 please select Individual Membership. Does not include membership of England Athletics. 

Additional Family Members - Age 10 & over
Available £50.00 Join

If there is already a member in your household who is a fully paid individual member you may select this discounted rate.  This includes England Athletics Membership. 

Additional Family Members U10 - 8 and a half upwards - Age 8 - 10
Available £30.00 Join

If there is already a member in your household who is a fully paid individual member you may select this discounted rate. 

Children must be 8 and a half to join West Cheshire Athletic Club.  

Only for members who will be 10 or under on 31st August 2025.  If your child will be 11 on 31st August 2025 please select Additional Family Member. 

This does not  include England Athletics Membership. 

Student Members at University
Available £45.00 Join

This is only for members who are currently attending University.  This includes England Athletics membership.  

Second Claim Members
Available £25.00 Join

Only for runners who are already UKA affiliated to another club and just want to train with WCAC

Competing Coach / Official

This includes England Athletics Membership. 

Non-Competing Active Coach / Official

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be made in extenuating circumstances.  The decision will be made by members of the committee on a case by case basis.
