Membership Details

CURRENTLY MEMBERSHIP IS CLOSED FOR MEMBERS AGED 13 OR UNDER ON 31ST AUGUST 2026. 

Membership runs from 1st April each year and can be renewed from 1st March.

Pro rate fees are available on 1st July, 1st October and 1st January.

Ages are based on your Age on 31st Aug 2026

To join West Cheshire AC you must be over 8 years and 6 months.  We regret that we are unable to accept members under this age.

Individual Membership - Age 14 & over

Includes membership of England Athletics. 

School Year 5 and above 

Additional Family Members - Age 14 & over
Available £50.00 Join

If there is already a member in your household who is a fully paid individual member you may select this discounted rate.  This includes England Athletics Membership. 

Student Members at University - Age 18 & over
Available £45.00 Join

This is only for members who are currently attending University.  This includes England Athletics membership.  

Second Claim Members - Age 14 & over
Available £25.00 Join

Only for runners who are already UKA affiliated to another club and just want to train with WCAC

Competing Coach / Official - Age 14 & over
Available £22.00 Join

This includes England Athletics Membership. 

Non-Competing Active Coach / Official - Age 14 & over

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be made in extenuating circumstances.  The decision will be made by members of the committee on a case by case basis.
